How do I register for FasterReview?
Once you select a package, we will ask you for some basic information. After submitting this form, you will be taken directly to your review site! Start mining reviews today!
How can I request a review?
Go to the “Request a Review” section on your dashboard and provide the customer’s information via text message or email address! View Dashboard Guide
How will the customer receive the review request?
The customer will get a link through their texts or email that will take them directly to the review platform.
Where I can see all of my customer reviews?
Your FasterReview company review website that's included with your subscription or “Manage Reviews” section of your dashboard will allow you to view all of your reviews.
Can I create accounts for my employees?
Yes! The Business Package allows you to create multiple user accounts that will be linked to your business package through the “Manage Users” section on your dashboard.
How do I share an individual review?
To share a review, go to the “Manage Review” section on your dashboard and hit the “Share” button. FaceBook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, and more.
How do I share all of my reviews at once?
FasterReview provides an embed code that allows you to share all of your reviews to your own company website. You also get your own FasrerReview website that's included with your subscription.
How can I change my account password?
To change password, go to the "My Profile" section of your dashboard. From here, you can change your account password.
